Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, request early access after the scorecard, or use the contact form, we collect your email address and anything else you type in (such as your name or a message). That's it — you can read everything on this site, including your full scorecard result, without giving us anything.

Scorecard responses. The Bottleneck Scorecard runs in your browser, and you see your full result whether or not you give us your email. If you do choose to enter your email after your result, we store your score and your #1 bottleneck along with it — so the emails we send you actually match your situation instead of being generic.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and whether the scorecard was completed. It works without cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.

• To send you what you signed up for: early-access updates, the email series, and course information.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To understand what's working on the site (aggregate analytics).
• To run our business — for example, if you later buy a course, your email connects your purchase to your access.

We send marketing email only to people who signed up for it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. Ever. We share it only with the service providers that run this operation:

• Kit (kit.com) — stores our email list and sends our emails.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides our analytics.
• Stripe — will process payments when purchases go live; we never see or store your card number.

Each of these processes your data under their own privacy terms, and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing stops the emails immediately; if you want your address fully deleted from our systems, email us (below) and we'll do it.

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click, any time.
• Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email parker@getowneroptional.com and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), some of these are legal rights; we honor the requests regardless of where you're from.
• We don't do cross-site tracking or ad targeting, so there's no ad-tracking to opt out of.

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means the updated policy applies.
